Service Description

This is a class for 7-9 year olds. This class will focus on the contract and release of the body, and the unpredictable changes in rhythm, speed, and direction as well as inversions.We will also employs floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation characteristics of Modern dance. We will explore basic elements of movement based on time, space, force (energy) as we move through space. Dress: No crop tops, dance shorts, leggings, t-shirts/ tanks. No socks unless they are dance socks that grip the floor. Shoes: Barefoot, foot undies, or lyrical shoes. Hair: Pulled Back We sell dance clothes and shoes in our store!
