Service Description

This is great for someone looking for a tap cardio workout who has beginning skills. It is a super fun 1 hour long class. We start off with a fun warm up that gets you finishing the rhythm. Then we learn a center dance combo. Dance is amazing for the memory and brain. Let's find new neuromuscular connections together while enjoying fun music and staying in shape! Try something new or create a new hobby. This class combines both rhythm tap and broadway/musical theater styles. Time: Monday 4:30-5:30pm Ages: 18 and up What to wear: Tap shoes and comfortable clothing you can move and groove in. Bring water! Price: $12 drop in or $40 a month
