Service Description

This class will focus on the contract and release of the body, and the unpredictable changes in rhythm, speed, and direction.We will also employs floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation characteristics of Modern dance. We will explore more complex varieties of movement based on time, space, force (energy) as we move through space. This class incorporates several styles of technique such as Horton, Limon, and Cunningham. Dress: No crop tops, dance shorts, leggings, t-shirts/ tanks. No socks unless they are dance socks that grip the floor. Shoes: Barefoot, foot undies, or lyrical shoes. Hair: Pulled Back We sell dance clothes and shoes in our store! Come check us out!
