Our adaptive dance Wednesday class is an all abilities open to everyone, with expert instructors ready to support and empower adult dancers ages 18 and up of all abilities. This will challenge dancers with or without disabilities to explore different ways of moving one’s body, using one’s mind, and even choreographing your own moves. Experience unique choreography that is tailored to accommodate different abilities and showcase the strengths of each dancer. We will explore all styles of dances, but especially Modern and Contemporary movement. Our experienced instructors specialize in teaching adaptive dance techniques and provide personalized support to each dancer. Our studio provides a safe and inclusive space where dancers of all abilities can express themselves. Join a community of dancers who support and encourage each other throughout their dance journey. *class can be done seated or standing. What to wear: comfortable workout clothes you can move freely in.
