Our adaptive dance Wednesday class is open to everyone, with expert instructors ready to support and empower adult dancers ages 18 and up of all abilities. This will challenge everyone to use their own creativity, explore different ways of moving/thinking, learn new choreography skills. Experience unique choreography that is tailored to accommodate different abilities and showcase the strengths of each dancer. Our experienced instructors specialize in teaching adaptive dance techniques and provide personalized support to each dancer. Our studio provides a safe and inclusive space where dancers of all abilities can express themselves. Join a community of dancers who support and encourage each other throughout their dance journey.
