This is a dance acro class and tumbling class that teaches strength, flexibility and tumbling; cartwheel with good technique required for level 1. By the end of the year for beginning, students will have learned basic skills such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheel variations such as 1 handed and two handed, handstands, head stands, balancing skills, partner work, skill transitions, and basic dance techniques. Child will need to be able to do a cartwheel with good technique to move on to next level. Tumbling/Acro Dress Code: GIRLS: Any solid color leotard or bikeotard, with longer length black bike shorts (no briefs or short shorts) No zippers, buttons, socks, or shoes Hair in a low bun BOYS: Black athletic shorts and a white fitted shirt Tumbling 1 and up and Acro 1 and up must wear compression shorts under their athletic shorts No zippers, buttons, socks, or shoes Please come see our store or go to our online dresscode store to view to purchase proper attire.
